We offer Standard Shipping for all orders. This service ensures your items are delivered with care, though delivery times may vary based on product availability and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or for custom items, processing may take longer. You will receive an email notification once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to select regions. During checkout, enter your address to check if we deliver to your location. Some remote areas may incur additional fees or longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final cost will be displayed at checkout before payment. Note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard Shipping generally takes 7-14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are possible, and we appreciate your patience.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Items are shipped via trusted carriers, but we recommend inspecting packages for damage upon arrival. Report any issues within 48 hours to [email protected].

Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error occurs on our part.
  • For large items like sofas or beds, delivery may require assistance; please arrange help if needed.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.
